Crowns are delivered instantly. If something went wrong with a purchase, contact support and we'll review it.
Subscriptions
You can cancel VIP, VIP+ or Ad-Free at any time; benefits continue until the end of the paid period.
Refunds and spent Crowns
If a refund is issued, the matching Crowns may be removed. Where they have already been spent, the account may be reviewed.
